I’ve found healing, and you can too
I'm passionate about facilitating the same transformation for you that I was able to experience through somatic therapies
Welcome, I’m Nisa
Craniosacral Therapist and Somatic Practitioner
After years of searching for ways to heal the effects of trauma and long-term stress on my nervous system, I finally found relief and healing through somatic therapy and craniosacral bodywork, which ultimately transformed my entire experience of life. It is because of this that the deepest training that I have had is my own lived experience of chronic illness and trauma recovery, which has shaped my capacity to hold space for the human experience.
I’m passionate about guiding my clients as they journey through the same transformative process that I have been able to go through, which has allowed me to feel safe in my body for the first time and reclaim my life after years of nervous system burnout, chronic illness, and ptsd. This passion has led me to study multiple modalities that have taught me how to support nervous system regulation and trauma healing through a somatic and relational framework.
My own journey of self-discovery around the origins of my symptoms eventually led me beyond nervous system regulation and trauma recovery, and also into the field of pre-perinatal somatic healing, which focuses on generational, birth, and preverbal (early developmental) patterns, including those related to attachment. As someone who struggled for many years with difficult and painful relationship patterns, it has been through understanding and healing my attachment system that I have learned how to finally create a sense of internal safety and secure attachment with myself, and create more easeful and fulfilling relationships with others as well.
It is an honor to now walk beside my clients and support you to not only heal your nervous system, but also unwind from painful beliefs and unconscious patterning so that you can create a sense of safety with yourself, the world, and your relationships, and be able to live the life that you know is possible for you - a life of resilience, joy, and ease of connection.
I look forward to meeting you!
